Guidelines At A Glance

• Please maintain silence within hospital premises.
• Use hand sanitizers before and after meeting patients.
• Avoid visiting if you have fever, cold, or any infectious illness.
• Children below 12 years are advised not to enter ICU or critical care areas.
• Limit the number of visitors to ensure patient comfort and privacy.
• Smoking, alcohol, and tobacco use are strictly prohibited inside the hospital premises.

Patient Support & Assistance

Our dedicated support team is available to assist patients and attendants with:
• Admission & discharge guidance
• Billing and insurance assistance
• OPD & appointment support
• Emergency and ambulance coordination
• General patient information and help desk services

Expanded Visitor Access

• Patients can have visitors 24 hours a day according to their preference, with two visitors at the bed side at a time to maintain physical distancing.
• To support families, children under 14 are excluded from this limit. Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not a patient and wear a mask provided by Meca.
• Visits with patients admitted to a unit with a declared outbreak may be considered. Speak with your patient's care team.
• Outpatients can have up to two visitors accompany them for an appointment.
• To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, the patient's care team may make exceptions to the above.
• Pre-booking and signing into the unit upon arrival is no longer required.
• Virtual visits are still available over MS Teams or Facetime. To arrange a virtual visit, connect directly with the patient's nursing unit.
